Sperry Micro-coring System
The Sperry Micro-coring System addresses current prioritized objectives of regenerative skin medicine research programs within the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command Clinical and Rehabilitative Medicine Research Program (“USAMRMC CRMRP”) including:
- Treatment of Burns: Development of new skin graft harvesting technologies and techniques that reduce the pain and limitations of current standards of care.
- Wound healing with no scarring: Reduction of functional detriments associated with severe scarring, contraction and improvement of cosmetic appearance.
The Sperry Micro-coring System is a development stage medical device and has not been evaluated for marketing clearance by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or other regulatory agencies.
